Key Workers Childcare - Ending July 17th 2020

Dear Parents/Carers,

Notice on our key worker’s childcare provision

As you will all be aware, Woodland has been open all through the Covid-19 lockdown as a childcare provision for key workers’ children and vulnerable pupils. The school chose to remain open through the Easter and May half term holidays, providing an essential service in fighting the viral pandemic. This brief note however, is just to give parents advance notice that there is currently no intention to continue this service beyond the end of the summer term.

Parents will need to seek suitable other childcare arrangements that are available to them, adhering to the relevant Government restrictions that may still be in place still by then. As it stands therefore, the last date that Woodland will be providing key worker childcare will be Friday 17th July 2020.
