Information for Employers

To help inspire our pupils we welcome employers to come in and speak. Topics could include: 

• Roles available within their industry/company 
• Explanations of what is involved in their or other’s roles 
• Pathways into the career/job and the training available 
• Skills and qualities required for the career/job 
• Q & A session with the pupils. 

Speakers will often bring props/tools/equipment they would use in the job to assist with their delivery. Your engagement through an assembly (15 minutes) or small group workshops (55 minutes) with our pupils will inspire the workforce of the future.
