How do I make a Parents Evening booking using the online system?
How do I pay for School Trips & School Dinners?
We have two separate payment systems. Tucasi Schools Cash Office is used for online payments for trips, visits and ParentPay is used only for school dinners. There is a guide for making payments for Tucasi at the bottom of this page. If you need help with ParentPay please check out their support website https://www.parentpay.com/parent-account-faqs/
What is Class Charts and how does it work?
Class Charts is used to track homework & behaviour at Woodland. Class Charts can be accessed by Parents using their website www.classcharts.com or through their smartphone app. If you have more than one child, Class Charts will show both children from the same Parent account. For more information on Class Charts please see the quick guide in the documents below.
I cannot login to Class Charts
If you have already setup a Class Charts parent account it is linked to your email address. You can use the forgot password link on their website to request a new password.
If you're having trouble with the Class Charts app please try reinstalling it.
If you have never used Class Charts you will require a code please email firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I keep up to date with everything Woodland?
We regularly send text messages out regarding important school events. The text message system is setup to email the first priority contact for each child.
